Construction is in Christopher's blood. He is an experienced leader who creates with passion and responsibility.
Christopher is the driving force behind Scandic Building Services, the man with whom it all began.
Trained as a construction technician and with more than a decade in the industry, he has come all the way: from physical work on the construction site to managing projects and developing his own company.
Before he founded Scandic in 2016, he built
Christopher valuable experience in Denmark and the rest of Scandinavia. He observed, analyzed, and learned the standards and work ethic that are so crucial in Northern Europe. This insight became the foundation for a company based on reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
As a leader, Christopher is both visionary and practical. He understands every step of a project - from foundation to finish - and ensures quality, collaboration, and effective coordination. He is a leader who is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and lead by example.
Outside of work, Christopher is passionate about sports, especially martial arts, where he finds discipline, focus, and inner strength. He is a man who finds satisfaction in results, not for the sake of applause, but because he knows that his work provides genuine value to others.
Krystian brings energy, experience, and consistency to Scandic. For many years, he has developed projects in Denmark, where he combines knowledge of the local market with Polish determination and a strong work ethic. He is the founder of the first Polish store for professional painters – Maler Prof, which has successfully served craftsmen in Copenhagen and the entire region since 2021.
At Scandic, Krystian is responsible for strategy, development, and work culture. He builds bridges between people and projects and ensures that each task is not only performed professionally but also based on values: trust, quality, and humanity.
His life and career path is an example of perseverance and faith in change.
Privately, he is a husband and father – a man who has gone through a journey of personal development and today inspires others by showing that one can create a new life and a new standard in business.
He works with heart because he believes that success is more than numbers – it is a common goal, passion, and teamwork.

Nikol is responsible for the company’s ongoing bookkeeping tasks. She ensures the correct issuance and verification of invoices, handles reconciliations, and maintains order in financial documentation. Thanks to her work, our accounting is well-organized and handled on time.

Our Foremen – Responsibility, Quality, and Safety on the Construction Site
Our foremen are experienced on-site professionals responsible for ensuring work is executed correctly, safely, and on schedule. They lead the team on a daily basis, delegate tasks, and step in to resolve any challenges that arise. A foreman monitors quality, ensures the schedule is met, and guarantees that everyone works according to current regulations and standards. In short, they ensure the client receives a result they can trust – built with responsibility and integrity.
